Vincent Roslewski BS, ATC, C.S.C.S., NASM-CPT

I appreciate the opportunity to work with people who are willing to welcome change into their lives. I pride myself with empowering people with the knowledge to make those changes come true with the best of intentions. I am willing to share the wealth of knowledge that I have gained through my experience in the health and fitness industry to clear any misconceptions about proper nutrition and exercise.

I hold my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I currently work at Northwest Community Healthcare as an Athletic Trainer in our Outpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, where I see patients for orthopedic injuries and post surgical rehab (ACL, RTC, etc.). I willingly take that background and apply it to the exercise programs that I develop for my clients based on a biomechanical and core assessment to determine proper flexibility programming while instituting a functional approach to strengthening the body. In addition, I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as a National Academy of Sports Medicine credentialed Personal Trainer.

I welcome post therapy clients, athletic clients, and those that may feel they are beyond their years. Let me show you how proper nutrition and safe functional exercises can help you gain confidence and improve your daily life. I’m ready to get you started. Are YOU?
